Hedonistas -
boutique apartments for long-term lease

Crowns.
Pillars.
Muses.

Esteemed philosophers say that pleasure is the only form of satisfaction and the ultimate goal of humankind. Well then, who am I to argue? A bit of hedonism has never hurt anybody – after all, living is an exciting and pleasurable thing to do. At the “Hedonistas”, you can don a crown and put on a comfortable pair of slippers. It looks like you have arrived at home in Paupys, a vibrant part of Vilnius Old Town.

The “Hedonistas” has 18 suites for long-term rent, fully equipped and spacious and complete with all the amenities for you to feel like you have won the day. After all, no one has ever complained about having a kitchen fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, your own private zen bedroom, or a stylish bathroom for the long beauty rituals of a hedonist.

Oh, and did I mention the interior?

Every floor has rooms decorated according to different styles: Art Deco, industrial, and classic. The small aesthetic provocations come at the right place and at the right time: a mirrored pillar, a kitsch mosaic of tiles, and broad windowsills inviting you to observe and marvel at the Paupys life bubbling just outside. All 29–57 square metre suites stand out with their unique colour schemes and aesthetics, and the muses that nest there will inspire you to live, create, and enjoy your freedom. Just how we hedonists like it.

The pleasures of Paupys

The "Hedonistas" is situated in Paupys, a newly revived part of the Old Town that charms and invites urban nomads to hunt for experiences and Instaworthy shots.

The venue is next door to an open-air art gallery, a number of niche bakeries, cafes, restaurants, a boutique cinema, a gym, and other services to allow you everyday comforts. Here, you can also become part of the foodie community: the local Paupys Market is home to 17 restaurants and three bars and is permeated with a total of 1,300 green plants, all under one roof. You have to see it to believe it.

“Hedonistas” building – one of the oldest in Paupys – dates back to 1887 when it was the site of a lock factory. Brought back to life while preserving some of its old legacy and imbuing it with a modern-day context, today it turns a new page of history and pleasure.

I can assure you we have
unlocked something special.
